What a lovely letter Al, Mrs DadNetwork aka Jen really does know how to make a good post… maybe the beginning on her own blog ;-)
I know – she’ll do me out of business I think!
This is beautiful! Such a lovely post, and a lovely picture of u both. Mrs DadNetwork should definitely start her own blog :) xx
Thank you. I know! She very much prefers to be behind the scenes although I’m working on it :)
Such a beautiful loving letter :)
Thanks Tommy, I’ve got a goodun!
This is so, so lovely. Thanks for sharing x
Thank you! And you’re welcome.
Lovely letter:)
I know, Im very lucky :)
Well Al, I used to not like you, but after reading this letter I think you might be a pretty good guy after all. :) Only kidding, I’ve always thought you were a solid guy. I’m glad your wife can back me up on this. Thanks for hosting #BigFatLinky
Ha! She’s biased…I’m actually pretty annoying!
Delighted to meet the entirte family the other day. What a lovely letter. It is important for couples not to take their other halfs for granted. Think this letter makes that crystal clear. #BigFatLinky
Great to meet you too. Totally agree
That’s a lovely letter! Made me smile so much. #bigfatlinky
Thank you Alexandra. Im a very lucky man!
Beautiful letter. You’re a very lucky guy
VERY LUCKY!!!
That made me well up! So beautiful and from the heart. I only write shopping lists for my husband and unfortunately, if I wrote something like this he’d wonder what I was after. Thanks for sharing and I think Mrs Dad should have a regular guest post to show us life behind the scenes a little more often. Popping over from the big fat linky
I think she should write regularly too… But then TheDadsNet would become the dad wife network!
What a wonderful letter. Thank you for hosting :-)
Thank you for joining us!
Wow, what a lovely letter. You need to print this and the next time Jen gets angry or frustrated with you, just hand it to her and take 2 steps back lol.
Think I might print off a few copies and have them loaded in my pockets. (She’s frustrated with me a lot too!) lol!
Oh what a beautiful letter and how lovely of Mrs DadNetwork to surprise you with it.
She pretty wonderful like that! Thanks Louise :)
Wow! That’s awesome. You’s the Daddy!
I asked my wife if she’d like to contribute a post for my blog, with a little trepidation, but as yet I’ve not seen anything.
I is the daddy!
What a find! Thank goodness it wasn’t a letter complaining about how you never put away your socks and leave the cap off the toothpaste! :) Here’s to true love and many years of happiness for you all.
I did get that letter too. Just didn’t post it ;)
What a lovely letter and you seem so happy. Definitely something to pick up and re-read when having a bad day. It’s great to appreciate how lucky you are sometimes. xx #bigfatlinky
I’m the real lucky one!
Oh what a beautiful letter, something to be re-read again and again =)
I do read it over and over! Thanks for your comment
How lovely…I’m a very lucky wife and Mummy too, like Jen, I have plenty to be grateful for! I love seeing couples who work hard for each other as well as their little ones :) #bigfatlinky
Thanks for linking up. :)
Lovely thoughts. It’s good to take time to tell each other how much you are appreciated when life seems like one mad rush!
Thanks so much for your comment. Totally agree and I certainly appreciate my wife!
Oh my, what a lovely letter! How wonderful to be so openly appreciated like that. I think we should all write more letters – they’re such uplifting things to receive. Emily x
I agree with you emily, I think a good old letter is much neglected! My wife is very good at showing appreciation. I learn a lot from her :)
Wow Al, I hope you feel as fortunate as your wife, she clearly idolises you and she is right to have both a wonderful husband and dad is truly fortunate I am blessed to , but I won’t write him a letter I don’t want him to get above his station ;)

I am glad to hear you are blessed too! Prob best – you women don’t want to make our heads too big!! I feel just as fortunate. She is my world :)
Is this genuine or sales speech? :D Sounds too good to be true! They say feeling grateful and counting your blessings is the key for happiness. It’s so important to remind ourselves for what we have. Far too often we get cought up thinking about all the things we don’t have and forget about all the good things we have.
Im proud to say its genuine. I completely agree, it is so important to remind yourselves of all the good. Thank you for your comment :)
Well doesn’t she sound like an absolute sweetheart! You’re a lucky bloke.. most of us just like to nag haha.
I like doing things like this for my OH too really.. he loves a post it note!
