Half term is here and that means entertaining the kids. Part of that is feeding them and, with money being tight, you need to bag a bargain to be able to eat out. Thankfully, companies across the country have created options for free or cheap meals for kids and here is the list of those places to eat out for less.

Angus Steakhouse

You can get one free children’s meal when an adult buys a meal between midday and 5pm during the holidays.

Asda Cafe

Kids eat for £1 at Asda until the end of the year. You don’t even have to buy an adult meal to get the deal. The Kids Eat for £1 initiative provides a hot or cold meal for a child and also includes baby food.

Beefeater and Brewers Fayre

These pub chains are running a deal where two kids eat free at breakfast with every paying adult. Grown-ups pay £9.50, with up to two under sixteens enjoying free children’s meals.

Bella Italia

This Italian food chain is offering £1 meals for kids with every adult meal between 4pm and 6pm on Mondays to Thursdays.

Dunelm

The Pausa cafes at the home furnishing company’s stores are offering free children’s meals, including a free mini main, two snacks and a drink, when an adult spends £4 or more after 3pm.

Farmhouse Inns

Sign up to the Farmhouse Inns mailing list and your kids eat for free up until 26th October.

Frankie and Benny’s

Frankie and Benny’s are mixing it up, with adults eating free when a child under 11 has a paid-for meal.

Future Inns

During the holidays, you can get free meals for under 12s with any adult meal during half term.

Hungry Horse

Kids eat for free at breakfast at the pub chain when accompanied by a paying adult between 9am and 12pm.

IKEA

The Swedish flatpack giant is offering a kid’s meal for 95p or £1.50 for a combination meal. This is available from 11am.

Morrisons

When you spend £4.99 after 3pm, you get a free kids meal. This is the regular deal, but often the supermarket runs this all day in school holidays so check with your local store.

Preto

Kids up to the age of ten eat free all day when accompanied by a paying adult.

SA Brains Pubs

On Wednesdays, there are cheap meals for kids. They cost £1 with any adult main.

Sizzling Pubs

You can get cheap meals for kids at Sizzling pubs, Monday to Friday between 3pm and 7pm. They’re £1 when ordered with any adult meal.

Table Table

The pub chain is offering free children’s meals at breakfast time, up to 10:30am in the week and 11:00am at the weekend. Two kids under 16 eat for free when an adult buys a £9.50 unlimited breakfast.

Tesco Cafe

Kids eat free when an adult buys fresh fruit during half term.

The Real Greek

With every £10 spent on adult meals, kids eat free on a Sunday.

Toby Carvery

There are cheap meals for kids at Toby Carvery, costing you just £1 when you use their app.

Whitbread Inns

Up to two kids eat breakfast free when an adult buys one for themselves.

YO! Sushi

If you fancy sushi, YO! Sushi has a kids eat free deal. They are offering this Monday to Thursday until 29th October.
