Whatever you do, keep the 11th – 12th July 2020 free and make sure you book in to what is set to be our biggest and best convention to date.
We’ve listened to feedback, up’d the anti and made sure that we all have plenty of lead time to book the weekend in with our family.
DadCon is the chance for Dads not only to hone their fatherly skills, helping them become even better dad but also an opportunity to meet and socialise with like-minded Dads.
Fatherhood unfortunately can often be a lonely place so our aim at Dadsnet and with DadCon specifically is to bring Dads from all over the UK together in one place.
So wherever you are in the UK, you need to come to the middle, just outside Birmingham, and take 2 days to learn, chat and connect.
Hosted at the 4 star rated Lea Marston Hotel the line up also includes anthropologist and author, Dr Anna Machin who has spent the last 10 years studying new fatherhood. Her book, ‘The Life of Dad’ brings together the latest research into fatherhood with real stories of new dads and their babies. The result is thought-provoking, touching and uplifting-lifting.
Throughout the day you will have the option to attend workshops on topics including a long hair styling workshop with event partner, Child’s Farm, where Dads will have the chance to learn to plait, braids, pony tails, buns, french plaits and many more.
Other workshops include health & fitness, social media masterclasses and child first aid before finishing Saturday’s daytime events with our infamous some beer tasting.
It would be wrong to go to such a nice hotel and waste the chance to take a dip, so you’ll be able to use the hotel’s leisure facilities including the golf range, spa, gym and swimming pool to accompany yoga and mindfulness sessions we’ve scheduled in.
Tickets are priced from £55 and covers scheduling, all meals, goody bags, swag and more.
All in all, this weekend is going to go with a bang! And you don’t want to miss out – so head over to the tickets site, get booked in and we’ll see you in July!
