  My partner’s birthday coming up and it is her first birthday as a mother. Now my question is:
  Is a nappy changing bag an acceptable present for a birthday?
  I am concerned buying a nappy bag would be similar to giving a iron as a Christmas present. It would be her own bag and she really loves the brand.
  Thoughts?

  I would agree with a spa day or something, it will be nice for her to have a little break and pampering.
