ParticipantHi All,
I’m a little lost right now. My partner is going back to work in a couple of weeks and we haven’t had confirmation from the nursery if they are taking kids in yet. If not, we are struggling to find a solution to how both of us will work during this time and still look after our little one who has just turned 1 years old.
I’ve suggested that we work an hour each whilst the other takes care of her. However, thinking about it, it doesn’t seem sustainable, especially if we each have calls that overlap. I am hoping that a few of you out there might have some ideas that are working and if you’re happy to share? I don’t want my partner to feel like they are the only one looking after the little one.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
PW

KeymasterI don’t think there will be a perfect solution here. You just gonna have to do something that will at least work temporarily and hope that it isn’t for much longer.
What have work said? Anything to help?
