I have my Dispute Resolution Hearing next week. Then comes the Final Hearing. Does anyone have any experience of this? It’s been 3 years so far and 2 years since my first court date. How much more time is it going to take? I am in it for the long haul. I recognise it has taken people longer than this so i am grateful it hasn’t lasted. It could go into 2024 and beyond. I am fighting but am resigned to the fact that it will be over eventually. Keeping positive. Coercive control – one example. The kids can see Grandma as long as I am not present.
