So me and my ex have split up we had our son in March and we’re constantly arguing she would always use him as a weapon saying I wouldn’t see him she then got a non molestation order on me but we started seeing each other again I was sorting out a court hearing for access but I stupidly stopped it when we were back on she’s now moved out her house and I don’t know where she’s gone and can’t get in touch with her is there anyway I can find out where she is so I can get access?
My advice would be in the interim make sure keep paying child maintenance and show that you are still supporting your son. This may also sound harsh, but I would give up on the relationship with her and focus on your boy.
Regarding her vanishing, I would seek legal advice as the molestation order definitely complicates things.
