Hi,

I’m a masters student trying to gather some information on teachers and parents. Should take no longer than 5 minutes to fill out and is totally anonymous.

The basic information for the questionnaire is as followed:
‘Healthy Kidz are an in-school and after school physical activity provider based in Northern Ireland. This questionnaire aims to establish your existing knowledge of the brand and how they could improve that awareness in the future’
