What better way to start this edition of Ted’s Threads than with an #ootd tee (£11). Until recently I had no idea what that even stood for and now it’s a regular part of my vocabulary. This tee is from a shop we recently discovered on Instagram – Minitinou. They also make an #instafamous one which is def on Ted’s birthday list! His hat and jumper (£5.95 & £19.95) are from Joules- a timeless favourite of ours. Minitinou are offering The Dad Network readers 15% off until April 17th with code dadnet.
Ted has been wearing Panda and the Sparrow clothing almost his entire 20 months. Their clothes are made from organic bamboo which is incredibly soft. We love Ted to wear these baby grows (£20) at night and for the day he has a range of their tees and leggings. This unisex sparrow print natural undyed bamboo body t-shirt (£18) is a new addition to the range. We are big grey and white fans and this matches perfectly with their grey leggings so this is a great addition to Ted’s wardrobe. Look carefully and you’ll see Teddy on their website. #prouddaddy
I love this ‘Can’t sleep there are mountains to move’ slogan tee (£15) from Blueberry Boo Kids. They have an enormous selection of unisex designs focusing on adventure, fun and dreaming big. A message we love. Blueberry Boo Kids is a store run from home in Devon. Many of the prints are personalised and all are customisable. They even offer Mummy and Daddy twinning options too. Be warned- if you visit the shop, you’ll have a heavy basket! Blueberry Boo Kids are offering the Dad Network readers a massive 20% off with code TEDSTHREADS20.
Teddy wore this Papucci outfit (£27.50) when he was a baby and we were delighted to find they make a toddler size too. It is made from 100% Peruvian pima cotton and is exceptionally soft. The whole family would love a set! They offer name and motif embroidery in a range of colour and font options. We love personalised items and this is by far one of the best we have found. (They also make awesome personalised kicks!)
Another great slogan tee (£15) from Blueberry Boo Kids this time teamed with these awesome racoon leggings (£22) from www.iamyoungkidsboutique. I love the monochrome with a splash of colour. I AM YOUNG kids boutique sell colourful, quality, organic cotton baby and children’s clothing all chosen for their fun, funk and colour. Just look how happy (and stylish) he is in them :) I am Young Kids Boutique are also offering 25% off for Dad Network readers. Just use DAD25 at checkout :)
Ted’s favourite book at the moment is That’s not my Robot! Imagine how much he loved this robot outfit from Rock It Tots He spent the whole day running around beeping! We have shopped at Rock It Tots for a while now. All of their items are expertly handmade in the UK. They sell tees (12.95), leggings (£14.95) and baby grows with adult options too for those of you that like twinning with your little one. Rock It Tots are offering The Dad Network readers 10% off with code TT10. Look closely and you’ll see Teddy on their website too!
Batman vs Superman; it’s been long awaited but finally it’s here. Now I just need to find a way to carve out some time to go see it! Here Ted is bang on trend with his Batman Tee from Sainsbury’s paired with these unisex Leshy Lamb Superman/woman leggings (£13). Teddy wears a lot of Leshy Lamb and the fit is perfect for him. Leshy Lamb also make leggings for Mummy (or Daddy!) and have just announced their new range of super cute shorts. I cannot wait for the sun to come out so that we can get Ted in a pair. (Jen’s very thankful they don’t make the Daddy version!)
Obviously we dress Teddy in every Teddy print we can find! These two gorgeous pairs of trousers (£15) are from Moany Polony. The first print is on a lovely dark navy thick cotton and the second print is on a gorgeous cotton knit charcoal grey fabric. We love them both and couldn’t pick a favourite! Moany Polony are offering free postage of these leggings within the UK if you mention The Dad Network on ordering.
These ridiculously cute penguin print leggings (£15) are from Little Gladrags They specialise in mainly monochrome items with a splash of colour. You can order custom made leggings, shorts, tees, harems, headbands and batwings. (another new term to me) These legging are soft and stretchy, perfect for an exploring Ted. Little Glad Rags have just announced their brand new Little Trend Box. This box contains one surprise item of clothing alongside other surprise items including accessories and items for the home from other small businesses. We love this idea as we are big #supportsmall fans. Our box contained these penguin leggings, a small monochrome wish bracelet from Two Crafty Birds and a cross stitch kit from Hannah Hand Makes. Little Glad Rags are offering The Dad Network readers 10% of the entire store with code THEDADNETWORK10 and 15% off their Little Trend Box with code THEDADNETWORK15.
We are big fans of the new range of leggings (£16) from fellow blogger Lamb & Bear. Her range includes prints of dinosaurs, leopards, crocodiles, penguins and giraffes as well as these gorgeous ducks. They are 100% cotton printed leggings in thunder grey with a contrasting orange stitching. Ted wears a lot of leggings and some prints fade fast but these leggings are exceptionally well made and have lasted the test of time and the toddler mess test. They wash brilliantly and as a stay at home dad that is in charge of the laundry these are an absolute winner. Lamb and Bear are offering The Dad Network readers 15% off with code TEDSTHREADS15.
Happy shopping :)
P.S. Last week I quit my job as a primary school teacher and I am now a very proud stay at home dad. You know what that means…more time for finding ridiculously cute outfits for my boy. Let me know if there’s a shop I need to take a look at.
