Feeling in Crisis?
We understand that dads need support, and our social community offers a friendly environment to vent and seek advice on any life-problem, but there are also times when life has become so unenjoyable and difficult that you may be at a point of crisis and need urgent help.
There is no shame in feeling this way, reaching out for help is an act of strength, at Dadsnet we have an ethos of “keep talking”, and if you feel life is impossible or you are under so much strain you have been considering harming yourself, then please reach out to one of the organisations below for some 1-to-1 help and advice.
Remember, these feelings are temporary, much as it may seem there is no way out right now.
We would always advise initially taking a look at your local NHS options here
