This past week, we went on a last minute family holiday.
Little did we know when Jen booked it, that the accommodation would draw a parallel with HELL!!!
It was disgusting, vile, unhygienic and just plain revolting.
We did however manage to salvage the holiday with some nice days out and an amazingly kind gesture from Bristol Tourist Board; Visit Bristol.

We had the same problem with a property we booked in Wales, we lasted 2 days, the final straw was when my poor dog injured herself on all the rubbish and mess in the garden, enough to warrant a visit to the vet! I got my money back at least but the kids refuse to go to Wales again!
